Why is the Training now free?

We believe in keeping children safe and have decided to make this training more easily accessible for any organization to protect children from the unthinkable. Due to this belief, we have decided to renew with the State of Texas and offer the Youth Camp Awareness Training Course for free (Sexual Abuse and Child Molestation Awareness Training, #YC13-0099). We want as many counselors, coaches, parents, volunteers, staff and people in general, to have an awareness of the basic characteristics of sexual abusers, as well as the grooming process utilized by molesters. Through this knowledge, they are better equipped to recognize and prevent abuse, save lives, and even end vicious cycles.

Due to costs related to billing and invoicing, we originally planned on offering the course for free until it expired on April 20 th , 2023, then simply not renew it. Since then, we have decided to renew the course and offer it for free for the foreseeable future. To manage costs, we are limiting some customer service, although anyone enrolled in the program can submit a Help Request and still get a quick response.
